Home Schooling Summary for Last Week

Big sister A is reading the second set of Bob books and has been doing counting by 2's and 5's for math. Most of all she loves reading her history books. This week we read about whaling, kids working in factories, and the orphan train in her Kids Make History book.

We also finished up her "fairy house" and a few other crafty projects.  Big sister A took pictures of it after we finished painting it. It is made from a recycled maple syrup bottle and painted with sparkly puff paints.

Our neighbor collects and sells dolls - she brought over a little porcelain fairy for the fairy house, but we decided to put it in the green house for now to keep it safe.

Here she is painting the owl she made at drawing and clay class. She missed the painting day because she was sick, but we were able to pick up the fired owl at her next class.

Baby S trying to help the big kids by handing them more paints. His hair is getting long and very curly.

Brother M enjoys painting in his bare book.
