Reuse Recipe: Ideas for Dough that did not rise

My friends gave us some "natural" sourdough starter. I tried to make two different bread recipes with it and both times the dough did not rise. Not wanting to throw it all away I let it rest on the counter overnight hoping that maybe the natural just rising takes longer, but still not much happened. I finally gave up and decided to try making other things out of it.

Here are what we found to be the most crowd pleasing ways to use our non-rising dough:

1. Naan - Divide it into clementine sized balls, roll out "flat breads" and fry in coconut oil to eat with indian food.
2. Pizza Dough - Roll it out in a big rectangle and use it as pizza crust
3. Chewy crackers - Roll out a large rectangle and coat with butter or coconut oil and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar; bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes or a higher temp for a crispier version.
