Iceland Day 2 & 3: Snaefellsnes Peninsula
We rented (airbnb) a beautiful 3 bedroom house near Akranes. One of hubby's criteria for our lodging was that it have a hot tub. We slept for about 10 hours after our long first day and then took it easy most of day 2. On day 3 we toured around Snaefellsnes Peninsula and Park.
Icelandic sheep are allowed to roam free in the summer. We saw them everywhere we went.

We saw so many beautiful waterfalls as we were driving along the road.
