The chicks and ducklingss are settled now and looking more like adults. We are still working on getting the new chicks trained to come get in their coop when we call. The old girls do it so nicely.
Since we lost Rose, I have been thinking we should get a new barn cat. This time I wanted to get a kitten. We went to a local farm to pick up a free one and of course came home with TWO!
Introducing Superman -
And his sister Strawberry-
They are sleeping in a cage in the barn until they get used to this being their home. We have been playing with them in the basement a little every day (to make sure that they are tame).
